For first time usage, please charge the product for at least 8 hours using the USB cord provided. After the first charge, you will only need to charge the device for approximately 2.5 hours which would then last for at least 1.5 hours of usage.

During the cleanse mode, ensure that you use light pressure on the skin and use the device in a circular motion. When cleansing oily areas of the skin, tilt the device upwards so that you are using the thicker bristles to cleanse the area.

When using the chrome-finish ball, move the ball in an outward direction, beginning from the area nearest to your nose and then all the way to your cheekbone. This will help prevent from creating unnecessary wrinkles.
